the Eagle Debris Basis above Harmony Place off La Crescenta Avenue. It may look dramatic but it is all under control.

Roadblocks hardened. They will now be exceptionally strict about entrance to mandatory evac. areas. Residents trying to re-enter will be directed to go to the evac. centers (CV High School for our area).
